About me

My approach is calm, attentive and steady. I offer a space where you can speak freely, explore what feels difficult, and feel met with genuine curiosity and respect.

For over three years, I’ve provided counselling at The Swan Project, a charity supporting individuals affected by addiction. This work deepened my understanding that addiction is often a response to human suffering, a coping mechanism rooted in unaddressed trauma. I’m particularly inspired by Dr. Gabor Maté’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach to addiction.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, an exchange that helps us arrive at the right answers by asking the right questions. I believe in the power of self-reflection to open up new possibilities for growth and change.
I have a particular interest in identity, belonging, and the sense of self, those deeper layers that shape how we connect with who we truly are. Many of us trade authenticity for approval, and learning to ask for what we need can feel like one of the bravest steps we take. I believe that the journey to rediscover ourselves isn’t one we walk alone, but one we navigate in connection with others.

Many clients come to me because they’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth, relationships, or a sense of feeling lost in themselves.

Outside my work, I enjoy travelling, collecting seashells and connecting with nature. Having had lived in three different countries, I learned to appreciate the richness of diversity, believing wholeheartedly in the uniqueness of each individual's story. You'll often find me out walking my dog, likely in my well-worn muddy hiking boots.
I am passionate about capturing life’s moments through photography and pursuing a mindful way of living. One thing that I’ve discovered over the years is that we can travel many places but there is no place like the home of our own true self, the most amazing world to explore.
